What do you think that path is. It's not clear to me.

On the plus side we did better. On the down side Trump has galvanized his party. A good economy is certainly helping him in a huge way, but the Dems are going to have to be careful because anything that changes negatively will be blamed on them. "Everything was great until obstructionist democrats got in the way. Then everything went to hell." And if it stays good "Look, I can do anything with anybody. I'm that great."

I know I'm being pessimistic now. I was hoping a hail mary would hit tonight. I know we picked up ground and I feel good about the statewide gains, but I'm still concerned.
