local organizations. We ordered dinner for 30. We got turkey, mashed sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, gravy, dinner rolls, and salad with two dressings.
We probably had about half of it left over. Somebody donated pumpkin and apple pies from Costco.
We charged $15 each and $3 for a takeout box of leftovers. Doug billed us $15 each for the 30!!
