Here's a list of what was wrong with our hotel room on Monday night

-was on hold for 15 minutes calling for the airport shuttle
-there had been some kind of flood so there was water on most of the main floor
-unrelatedly, the one passenger elevator they had was down, and there wasn't really an accessible staircase (????) so they directed everyone to the *service elevator* in the *back of the kitchen* - very very weird
-we couldn't connect to wifi
-the time on the clock was wrong (daylight savings) and there was no discernible way to reset it (H&I both tried)
-a bulb was out on the bedside lamp
-and we could have called all of this in, except the phone didn't work at all. plugged in, just had no dial tone.
