With Toys R Us down for the count, they're not kidding about other retailers upping their toy inventory.

Michael's, of all things, seems to be pushing heavily into toys. But, of course, you're also seeing increased floor space this holiday season at Walmart, Kmart, Target, Kohls, etc.
