to the residents on SSI, disability, etc. Even Yakima and Spokane were beyond financial means.
the hotel was bought last year and getting gutted to turn into college dorms. recently a large apartment complex evicted everyone, mostly section 8s and other low income, lots of seriously disabled folks. there's no place for them to go
