This is the guy who went to prison for child pornography possession, family all denies it, my wife's family is siding with them for some insane reason. I noticed there were additional charges that showed up. He seems to be appealing those additional charges as double jeopardy, that they should be part of his original plea deal. The court seems to not be agreeing. I assume this means that there may be another trial and sentencing, but I don't know at all...
