Anyone have lots of experience buying houses? It's effing *stressful*.

I'm usually pretty good with buying something like a car (know what I want to pay, offer that, and if they don't like it walk away).
With houses, I guess we could do the same type of thing, but there seems to be a lot more back-and-forth. And it's for a lot more money.
