Not directly. At any time the Parliament could call a no confidence motion in May, but that’s unlikely as it would probably trigger a general election

that Labor would win comfortably, and the threat of Prime Minister Corbyn is probably enough to keep the hardline Brexiteers and the DUP in line.
If the Brexit vote fails, and the UK could renegotiate with the EU, or allow the UK to leave the EU without a real plan, or hold a second referendum, and any of these options could go forward with May continuing as PM.
