Once injuries take their toll, you get exploited...the longer the season, the more injuries to exploit. Deeper teams win more overall, because they can plug those holes...while healthy teams, or teams that get healthier win more at the end of the season.
You see it in the MLB too—-managers aren’t really managing like in the past. They have situational stats for every batter/pitcher and they the play those #s. It’s painting by #s
