my store then the next day denied the claim. They said that their client was "adamant" that I reversed into her.
They didn't ask for any evidence from me or anything. Well... I then informed them that I had a forward facing dash cam on which you can clearly see my car stationary and then my car is pushed forward. They looked at the video and reversed the decision. They accepted blame.
Good thing I have the dashcam.
