I have the 6 qt. I agree with amanda below; a lot of recipes are made using an IP so if you're making something specific, you won't have to guess on

they all do pretty much the same thing but you'll find that most people have IP brand so if you get IP brand, you'll never have to guess "what does

test kitchen books are educational because they talk about the why they do it this way because of the problems doing that, but yeah we usually online

I made this once. I used twice the spinach *and* chopped up the tomatoes super finely. I think I halved the cream cheese too. it was great. -- nm
