test kitchen books are educational because they talk about the why they do it this way because of the problems doing that, but yeah we usually online

a recipe despite having two bookcases worth of cookbooks, we have more than our library. but rather than search through them, I'll google for a recipe with the ingredients, the method and diet style chicken instapot paleo and find something that close to what I'd spend half an hour thumbing through books to find. test kitchen is annoying in that you have to pay to join their web site even if you just want to search for something in the books you have.
