I have weeklyish 1:1's with my direct sup in the corp controller's office and with my counterpart in financial ops here. I have monthly 1:1s

with my VP, his admin, and the senior director of business and admin (she just resigned).
I also have monthly 1:1s with our HR and each service area.
I have biweeklies with financial support staff and financial managers.
I meet a lot. I don't know how I get anything done.
