Yes, we have a regular meeting - usually 2x week. I'm in TN and he's in FL, so I think it's really helpful.

Also, he's a great boss and a good communicator. I'm lucky.
I also have a weekly call with each of the 7 people who report up to me (three are in my office, four are not).
