Here's what I mean. Sometimes, the tokens drop like 20 light levels below you. If that's the case, you get nothing useful. So, you shouldn't use them until you're at a higher level.

IF the tokens are dropping at a higher light level, you should open them immediately. You'll level up quickly.

Does that make sense?

I think he's referring to the actual tokens and not engrams. Spend the tokens at the vendor and see what level/power the item drops at. -- (edited) - Shaun Jan 7, 10:17 2
