The company itself is doing fairly well financially, but the product put out is terrible and ratings have hit an all time, 25-year low.

Like, okay, it was the holidays, but the Christmas and New Years Eve Raws were among the bottom ten lowest ratings in the show's history.
Meanwhile, their other show, Smackdown, will be picked up by Fox in the fall (it current airs on USA) and they paid $1 billion for it for five years. It's also getting terrible ratings right now.
David nailed the other aspects perfectly.
