I do fair play so that takes up most of my coaching time setting lineups so everyone gets equal playing time.

My favorite moment coaching was my first year; the other team called a TO and as my team came together I started waving my arms and pointing at them while saying "you guys are doing great just pretend I am freaking out on you". They all got a great kick out of that (grade 7-8)
