Looks like you may have to get to the cave on your own. Quite a few people on TripAdvisor recommend 4 wheel drive. There are a few rental companies at the cruise port. The TripAdvisor review linked here implies there are guides at the cave. (I found on one tour site mention of asking the Park Ranger for a tour.) On TripAdvisor you can send questions to the reviewer. This guy posted the review only 5 days ago.
