Feels like a "nuisance lawsuit" to shut them up, but I suppose that's for the courts to decide.

They are very litigious to protect their brand. The reporting appears solid (Canadaland stands behind it) but who knows?
I just know that I've never been a WeDay fan for reasons I can't readily articulate and I'm glad somebody is looking at the group behind it.
