Lots of confusion on the House floor right now. Dems caught the GOP sleeping on a CR vote, and voice voted to reopen.

Nothing will happen in the end.
Responses:
Hoyer will vacate the vote and allow a re-vote next week. The crazy thing is there were plenty of GOP members there when the voice vote was cast -- nm
