It's a great box and handles all the major streaming apps, but it has Amazon Prime video.

But to answer your question, I have no idea why it would drop the connection. Are on the latest firmware for your TV? I don't have a Samsung, but I've never had that issue with my TV.

- correct - the 3rd party box is connected to the wifi. You may have found this before, but here's a forum on Samsung with some other suggestions -- (edited) - decline Jan 17, 13:18
