Agree with the first part completely (like you, I've always said that). I'd temper the last part.

Impossible to know for certain if the economy would have remained full steam ahead of started to hit natural headwinds even without Trump's actions. So I'm not comfortable saying 'entirely his fault'. I will give him much blame though because either he is causing this, or he is adding to it. Neither is great.
