it will be awesome b/c (correct me if I'm wrong) you are deciding to try to take things slow. (as opposed to going in with the attitude "I'm getting laid or someones getting hurt!) hopefully if the romantic thing doesn't work both of you will still be comfortable enough to friendly. (or at least not be hostile)
