I half listened. It was a bit too "I" for my taste. Similar to her TED talk, the tone was more campaign speech than informative.

On the other hand I think Santorum was complaining on CNN that Abrams managed to state dozens of policy positions in her short speech while Trump only put in 8 or so in his hour.
