not sure who buys and wears it because I see a lot of fashionable people in the city and rarely do I see anyone wearing the weird items that are on runways.

Fashion takes risks in their designs and sometimes they hit on something that becomes the next hot style. I get going for something different but there has to be someone to say that what they've done is offensive and not just ugly.

Responses:
