homicide ABCD. in order to track future salary spend, you have a spreadsheet of requested hires. a position is "requested," then "approved" or "hold."

**what should happen when a position is filled; someone is hired?**
a) they should stay on the sheet, still listed as approved. I mean, they were approved. right???
b) a new status "filled should be created if turnover tracking is done
c) if turnover tracking isn't done, the position should be deleted from the sheet since the salary dollars have actualized
