The Office of the Architect basically spends all day raising and lowering flags over the Capitol so that Congressmen can send them to constituents.

As previously discussed at length, the Canadian Parliament only flys one flag every day, and there's a waitlist *DECADES* long to get that flag. I got one back when the waitlist was only 8-9 years.
