T-Fox. Understand that I love my daughter to be happy. In this case she'll have much more fun than if I go along.

On my best days I do not like crowds. I have never liked people dressed as characters (I could NEVER be a furry), it's like Trish's thing with clowns. I just find the whole thing creepy.

On top of that they then go over the top in trying to make people happy. I get that's the very reason they exists, but I don't want, need, or enjoy that level of interaction to find happiness or enjoyment and having it shoved at me constantly irritates me and makes me unpleasant to be around (how can one tell? I hear you asking)

So I will stay home. And while my wife and daughter enjoy a well-deserved break, I will be here while we get new flooring in the basement and then I'll rebuild my wife's studio to better suit her needs.

Everyone wins.
