I just found out that a female friend from college got an arranged marriage a few years after graduation.

she's not from a religion that practices this regular and I don't think she's from a culture that does it, though I guess I don't know her exact heritage.

Surprised me.

Sadly, it didn't work out they got divorced. But she has a beautiful daughter that she loves dearly.
