Nice. Before seriously buying it, run an actual updated CARFAX. Get Maint guy to have a look if possible too.

Battery age a concern. Sometimes CARFAXs aren't the most complete or up to date ones. Hiding actual issues. Have had folks hand me clean one on a sale, only to see accidents on an updated one.
