"Each year, UNIVERSITY’s Information Technology Fee (IT Fee) makes it possible for almost 100,000 students to use technologies that help enable success in and outside of the classroom. "
this is awful, right?
"Each year, UNIVERSITY’s Information Technology Fee (IT Fee) allow almost 100,000 students to access technologies that enable success both inside and outside of the classroom. "
is the second one better?
I would barely care, but it's the first sentence of a document.
