For most issues they will send service techs to meet you at your home, your work, or some mutually agreed on place.

I've had service twice. Once I took it to St Louis (where I took delivery) to replace the windshield after a rock strike, and more recently they sent a service tech to my house to remove an M&M from under the seats in the floor area (at NO CHARGE) and make adjustments to a few minor things they noticed but I was unaware of (front door strike plates needed adjustment).
