Listening to a podcast today that sold me on trading for Rosen. The potential return on the cost is worth it.

You can’t really evaluate him because Arizona was such a shitshow, so at the very least he’s a backup with potential. He’s on a rookie deal and you don’t have to pay the signing bonus so he’s super cheap.
If you’re, say, the Giants, I’d offer a second and a sixth in a heartbeat. Then use your 6 pick on something else that helps your team.
I’d love the Bengals to give up their second for him.
