Of the three, right now, Google is the only one I'd like to see this happen to.

The importance of advertising revenue, being at the very core of their business, taints everything they do. All decisions are made in service of it. It creates a clear conflict of interest for them to be in charge of private data AND in charge of maximizing advertising.
I guess the same applies to Facebook.
Much less so for amazon.
