These are your supposed peers. If you're no better than a coin flip against them, why should I reward you?

I would do it like the FA cup, everyone has a chance, stage prelim rounds throughout the season, and byes are awarded based on previous season record -- (edited) - znufrii Mar 10, 11:30 3
