There's really zero fun in it. Even in the darkest HP movies there was hope/fun.
All the fun characters are sad and plodding along. The characters that were popping with chemistry, in the first movie, are so awkward in this one.
How you can ruin a character like Queenie is beyond me...totally fucked up her character.
Johnny Depp is one note
The Credance stuff doesn't work and doesn't make sense. Worst part of the 1st movie, so of course they bring him back and make him central to the whole thing--The big reveal at the end...lacks all logic.
Some cool special effects though.
