A long time ago, one of our server admins thought he had completely re-imaged a domain controller. -- (edited)

He used the re-imaged domain controller internally to host a questionable, personal website called TheBullshite after re-imaging. The site was complete with drinking escapades, near R nudity and just general debauchery.
Unforunately, the domain controller wasn't properly re-imaged, and lot of machines recognized TheBullshite as the domain controller. So, when they went to type our intranet sites name in a browser, his Bullshite site came up.
There was some serious screaming and running around for a half hour or so. The admin got in a lot of trouble, but didn't lose his job surprisingly. It's still one of the funnier things to ever happen here.
