It involves what they have on tape, what can be proved, and the ability of the accused to defend themselves.

The ones already in jail got caught earlier and accepted lighter sentences in exchange for information.

Sean Miller just said good-bye to the crowd at Arizona the other day. He seems to expect something coming soon, but I strongly suspect he's too powerful to get charged.
