Charges were filed by career prosecutors, no answer was given, a default judgment could have been filed against the other two, instead charges are

How many times do you know of where a prosecutor is going to drop the charges after they'd won? Nothing like snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
And the injunction against the third only stops him from bringing a weapon next time he goes out to intimidate voters.
And what a horse load of shit that last line is, they've proven that's not the case by dismissing the other charges in this case.
