The best running gag in sports right now is Stephen A. Smith not knowing anything about sports.

This week alone, he's inexplicably claimed that a punter also played QB at University of Washington AND discussed how Trout's signing impacts Mike Scioscia's lineup. Mike Scioscia isn't his manager anymore.
He's a paid sports analyst.
