we'd go there a few times a week, drink most efficiently and as long as we left $20 a piece in the tip jar we were welcomed back.

The best was when my cousin ran the steak house in town. I'd sit at the bar, drink righteously until I was a gooey puddle of lushy fumes, get it written off and leave a tremendous tip. It was my first real experience with "Top Shelf".
