What can you handle? If your stomach is in a delicate state I have recently discovered the simple pleasures of toast, butter and apple jelly (yeah

you'd need someone to shop for you).

if ready for more, pasta, butter and some brown sugar like my grandma used to make.

It appears I like butter. :)
