Yeah there's a bit of a gray area there. Especially in GotG2 when Kurt Russell made a big deal about a human touching an IS and surviving.

Someone with more comic knowledge needs to clear this up.

Also, I get that the fights need to be epic and have epic moments, but Thor can't literally almost kill Thanos while he's wielding all 6 stones, and then him, Cap, and Tony can't kick his ass while he has none of the stones.
