Who was it that said that the Winter Soldier was supposed to be the equivalent of Captain America, but in Infinity War/Endgame, he's "just a guy with a gun"? I mean, that's exactly right, and it's bullshit. The Winter Soldier should be more than that.
Also, why is it that in both Infinity War and Endgame, the fate of the world is left to a bunch of guys with spears? Couldn't we call in the armed forces of several nations to fight off an alien invasion?
