I think there's no logic at all, and it's a thing that is used when convenient. In the books, GRRM said explicitly that Targaryens are not immune to fire, and in fact many of them died from fire related incidents.
He said the dragon hatching was a one time thing.
But in the show, they make Daenerys immune to fire when convenient, though no one really talks about it... So I don't think we should focus on that as much, it probably won't come up anymore...
