Learn everyone's names.
One on one discussions with everyone.
Assign responsibilities.
Introduce to relevant documents and work unit systems.
Introductions to relevant stakeholders.
Identify learning and development needs.
Discussion with the person I report to on current projects and priorities.
I think I met the question's requirements, but it wasn't organised enough to be a stand-out answer.
