(2 weeks ago) Director: IT, please disable all email access for Employee X who is being placed on administrative leave effective immediately.

IT: His account has been quick-disabled. Done.

(Today)

*Director receives a forwarded email from Employee X that he had received this morning. The employee was just doing a nice gesture to keep us all in the loop regarding an active issue*

Director to IT: WTF is going on?

IT: Oh wait, this looks like it was received on his city phone? You wanted us to disable that too?
