Because ST is way more polite than me...how do I talk to my roommate about his dad?

Roommate graduated from community college and dad TOOK A BUS from Michigan (took 5 days and he wore the same clothes the whole time). Dad will not ever stop talking, he'll follow you around and he'll even talk to my poor dog (who doesn't seem to like him much)

The dad is super religious, and bitched about church all sunday afternoon because they did a reading in spanish. He actually believes that english is the language the bible was written in (and of course he believes everything in it is literally true). I could crush him in a debate, but I'm trying to avoid confrontation.

He's a total hypocrite, has two girlfriends that he has sex with back home ("but it's ok they know about each other") and yet bitches about how everyone's morals in California are terrible and we're all going to hell.

I've hosted guests at my place a lot, and this guy takes the prize. I told my roommate a week, but I almost want him gone now (my roommate conveniently neglected to tell me how his dad is an opinionated jerk). Dad says he loves it here, and he goes out on walks and tries to "save" random people in the neighborhood. I can't wait for him to leave. Dad says that maybe God is calling him to minister in Cali (btw Dad is not a minister, he's an hourly employee at McD's).
