I've mentioned this before on Braves boards. There really is a certain sect of baseball fans who are all about first impressions.

I've seen a Kansas City fan say -- not ironically -- that Greinke isn't having that good a season. His point seems to be that the media is blowing his performance out of perspective. What he really means is that Greinke struggled a couple of years ago, and he can't let that go.
