I'd be inclined to believe that these are bots, but some of these people have contacted us before.

One of them actually messages about once a month, asking for free tickets. "Yes, total stranger, we'll get right on that." Today, their message was a threat that they'd take their reading elsewhere if we didn't write a strongly worded letter against Iger.
I miss that ability on BOP to say "Get the fuck out of here. We won't care that you're gone." With clients, I have to be like, "Hey, we really appreciate your business, but yours isn't the only view on the subject." And I'm thinking the whole time, "Thank God because all of your comments are a special kind of stupid."
